IFC Invests US$ 24 mn in ASEC Algeria

The investment will be used for construction of a new cement plant to be built by ASEC Algeria. Abdalla ElEbiary, Managing Director at Citadel Capital, is quoted. ASEC Algeria is a portfolio company of ASEC Cement, Citadel Capital’s platform company for investments in the regional cement industry.
